Italian at ANU

Meet the presenters

Dr Joshua Brown
Lecturer and Convener, Italian Studies

Italian at ANU offers a wide variety of courses, from learning about the history of the Italian language, dialects, linguistics, literature, opera and food – as well as learning the Italian language of course!

This immersion session will give you a taste of what it’s like to learn a language at university level, as well as the kinds of topics you can expect to cover during your time at ANU. Participate in a short, introductory language lesson to live and breathe the Italian language, as well as taste some authentic Italian food – just one of the most attractive aspects of contemporary Italy.

In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with staff members from the Italian department, and talk to them about your university pathway.
