This immersion activity looks at the concept of 'the perfect body', inviting participants to challenge the idea of yoga as the path to the Instagrammable 'perfect body'.

Instead, we invite you to think about yoga as a practice that brings in a South Asian tradition of using the body for inquiry (what’s known as a 'samyama').

Leading Canberra yoga studio Yoga Mandir, will lead a short postural practice designed to get participants thinking about their body beyond a beauty norm. This will be followed by a writing/art component.
